2. I have asked the account on the advance payment on laser Sunnor-vertical Q-switch 001 and have received the letter, and in he PROFORMA - INVOICE (a sheet ?1 and a sheet ?2) on this laser for the sum 4150 USD.

3. I have paid to firm Beijing Sunnor Medical Device Co. Ltd 4150 USD. After company UPS has delivered the laser to Moscow I has paid taxes and for customs clearing of the laser of 18000 roubles. In spite of the fact that I have paid 4150 USD, company Beijing Sunnor Medical Device Co. Ltd has sent me COMMERCIAL INVOICE (format PDF) for the sum 3200 USD.

4. The laser to me was delivered with twenty days, at this time I have learned , that company Beijing Sunnor Medical Device Co not have of four certificates of quality which are submitted in the advertising brochure. Manager Steven has sent me only the counterfeit certificate of quality, which made by him.

5. On October, 28, 2008 to me have brought the laser. After opening a box appeared that:
